Tamra Judge might be cutting ties with The Real Housewives of Orange County. The longtime Bravo firecracker just dropped a cryptic message on Instagram that reads like a farewell note.
On March 9, the 57-year-old reality TV veteran and Vena CBD founder took to Instagram Stories with a message that hinted at a possible exit.
“It was a long run! When life gives you real problems, this reality stuff doesn’t make sense,” she wrote.
She wrapped it up simply: “I’m out.”

Judge is currently filming on location in New Orleans with fellow cast members Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, and Katie Ginella. Also in the mix? Gretchen Rossi, who hasn’t been a full-time Housewife since 2013 but returned this season in a limited role.
Notably, Rossi and Judge were often at odds during their time on the show, and their relationship hasn’t warmed over the years.
Judge has been a staple of RHOC since season three. She initially exited in 2020 after season 14 but made a comeback in 2023 for season 17. Over the years, she’s delivered some of the franchise’s most unforgettable moments—including the first-ever wine toss. She even headlined her own three-episode spinoff, Tamra’s OC Wedding, documenting her 2013 wedding to Eddie Judge at Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California.
Beyond RHOC, Judge has made appearances on Bravo’s other reality projects, including Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club and The Traitors.
She also co-hosts the popular iHeartRadio podcast Two Ts in a Pod with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp. However, Mellencamp, 43, has stepped back from the podcast as she undergoes treatment for melanoma.
Mellencamp has battled skin cancer for two years, undergoing multiple surgeries and recently discovering that the disease had spread. In February, she had emergency surgery to remove tumors from her brain, with more tumors found in her lungs. She begins immunotherapy on March 11.
“I am feeling positive and excited that I will beat these tumors,” Mellencamp shared in an update.
As for Judge’s future on RHOC, nothing has been confirmed—but if this really is the end, it’s a fittingly dramatic exit.
The Real Housewives of Orange County is available to stream on Peacock.
