Sabrina Carpenter Unleashes Deluxe ‘Short n’ Sweet’ With Dolly Parton Collab & New Tracks

Sabrina Carpenter, the pint-sized pop powerhouse with a voice as lethal as a femme fatale’s wink, has dropped the deluxe edition of her chart-smashing album Short n’ Sweet—and this time, she’s brought reinforcements.

The biggest headline? A new version of her hit “Please Please Please,” now featuring none other than country legend Dolly Parton. That’s right—Carpenter roped in the queen of rhinestones and steel-spined songwriting to bless her latest project. And if that wasn’t enough to set streaming platforms on fire, the expanded edition also delivers four fresh cuts: “15 Minutes,” “Couldn’t Make It Any Harder,” “Busy Woman,” and “Bad Reviews.”

Carpenter teased the project earlier this month, riding high after her first-ever Grammy wins. “Yes that does say featuring Miss Dolly Parton…. 💋💋💋 she wouldn’t want me to swear but holy shit!!!!!” she gushed on social media. Can you blame her? The original Short n’ Sweet LP stormed the Billboard 200 back in August, reigning at No. 1 for two weeks straight—her first time at the top.

And the success kept coming. “Please Please Please” didn’t just top the Billboard Hot 100, it earned a Grammy nod for Song of the Year (though Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” ultimately snatched the trophy). But Carpenter didn’t leave the Grammys empty-handed—her caffeinated banger “Espresso” took Best Pop Solo Performance, and Short n’ Sweet won Best Pop Vocal Album.

Fresh off her North American tour, the songstress is about to take her show across the pond. Europe, get ready—Carpenter’s tour kicks off March 3 in Dublin, and if history’s any indication, it’s going to be a sugar rush laced with fire.

Stream Short n’ Sweet (Deluxe) now, because the pop princess just turned queen, and she’s not done yet.
