Grant Ellis & Juliana Pasquarosa: From Reality Show Romance to Real-World Love

Another season of The Bachelor has come and gone, leaving behind another fresh-out-the-oven engagement for the masses to pick apart. This time, it’s Grant Ellis and Juliana Pasquarosa standing in the spotlight, rings on fingers, grins on faces, and a carefully curated love story ready for public consumption.

Monday night’s finale delivered the expected spectacle—tears, roses, and a grand proposal scene engineered for maximum heartstring-tugging. But now that the cameras have stopped rolling and the NDAs have expired, what’s next for America’s latest reality TV sweethearts?

Turns out, not a wedding. Not yet, anyway. “We’re taking it one day at a time,” Ellis told People in a joint interview with his fiancée. “Right now, we are learning each other, and we’re falling more in love with each other every day.”

That’s a polite way of saying they aren’t sprinting toward the altar just yet. After months of keeping their relationship under wraps—since The Bachelor was filmed last fall—the couple is easing into life outside the reality TV bubble. No producers, no scripted drama, just two people figuring out if love off-camera feels as good as love under studio lights.

“I just feel like we want to live life together for a minute,” Pasquarosa added. “A wedding is a big thing, and there’s so many people we have to meet. I want them all to have an opportunity to see [Grant], see us, and just have it make sense to everybody.”

Translation? They’re keeping it casual. No rush, no pressure, just vibes. But when they do say ‘I do,’ they’re going all in. “When the time is right, we’re going to handle it, and we’re going to talk about it, and we’re going to have a really fun wedding,” Ellis promised.

And where does a Bachelor couple celebrate their love? Italy, naturally. Pasquarosa, a proud Italian, has her sights set on the land of pasta, wine, and impossibly romantic vistas. Thanks to a surprise honeymoon trip gifted during After the Final Rose, Ellis—who has never set foot in Italy—will get a proper taste of la dolce vita, courtesy of his bride-to-be.

In the meantime, there’s the small matter of actually living in the same city. Ellis, a New Jersey native, is uprooting from Houston and heading to Boston to be with Pasquarosa. “I’m going to have my house in Houston, but I’m also going to come over there and we’re going to make it work,” he shared.

So for now, no wedding bells—just a reality TV couple stepping into reality. We’ll check back in when the venue’s booked and the cake is ordered. Until then, Grant and Juliana are taking it slow, living their love story at their own pace, and, most importantly, staying on our radar.
